Tao of Xeneos Labs
The principles behind what we choose to build—and how we build it.
Taste
Notice what matters. Care about how the work feels, as well as what it does.
Judgement
Understand the context, question the assumptions and take responsibility for the decision.
Conviction
Choose a direction worth pursuing. Stay open to evidence without losing sight of the purpose.
